OK, so first, u need to get a temp mail.
Make a temp mail, then go to Free Proxy Checker from RSocks | Check Proxy for Free | RSocks 4 and create an account with that temp mail.
u can use https://www.gmailnator.com/ 3 for temp mails
after that, go to the free proxy on the left, then press activates the package.
Change the IP if u wanna use that proxy on RDP or another pc.
After that, press start, get proxy list go to by file, and download .txt file!
